We provide seamless data flow for leasing support and customer on-boarding as well as real-time data on resident deposit status throughout each month of a lease. These forward-looking rent budgeting insights are unique to the NPS platform and provide additional opportunity for management oversight and efficiency. NPS has established interfaces with Yardi in addition to APIs with RealPage and Entrata.
